Lifelong Texan and lived to tell about it! Played college baseball for 2 years at LSU in the early 70's and one year in a Florida Developmental League...THEN, it was time to grow up and move on! Spent many years as a Dallas firefighter and paramedic. During my time there, I helped start the Texas Firefighter's Olympics (1982) which has evolved into the World Fire and Police games. Not long ago, I found that i had become a little more deep and curious about words and how they are best put together. Patience has become a great friend, and it allows me to write thoughts and notions that actually seem to entertain some. Let's see how this goes...
