Carl D. Carlucci

Recent college grad with a BA in History, looking for a career path.

Brooklyn, NY born and raised. I started my fascination with sports when, in 1996 as a foolish eight year old, I became fascinated with the 1-15 Rich Kotite Jets.

However, I would taste the glory of fandom victory that fall as the Yankees went on to win the World Series. I'd be lying if I said I didn't become a Yankees fan at the time because they were winning, but it was also a natural allegiance since I grew up in the same Brooklyn neighborhood as then Yankees manager Joe Torre.

Usually the Yankees would counterbalance the suffering of being a Jets fan, but 2010 looks like it might be a promising year all around; then again... this is the Jets we're talking about.

I'd say NFL talent evaluation is NOT a career path you should follow. It's obvious you are a NY jets homer, uh I mean homo.

    Hey Carl,

Thought you might be interested in this after your comment on my last piece. I broke down the Jeter Gold Glove issue to the most basic level:
