I'm not an aspiring professional writer. I used to be but I hate being told what to write about. I'm full of opinions but I try to back those opinions up with as much factual evidence as possible. I'm not the kind of person that just spouts off opinions; I don't see the point in it. If I'm going to argue who is the best at his position in a sport, I'm going to give statistics to back up my opinion, not just leave the statement as a "because I just thinks so" comment.
I'm a huge Dallas Cowboys fan; always have been and always will be. I live in Wisconsin but I don't like the Packers one bit. It's not as much the team that I don't like as it's the fans. Being a Cowboys fan in Wisconsin in the 90's made me resent Packer fans because the fact that Dallas dominated the Packers made their fans believe that there was some sort of rivalry between the two teams when in fact, the Cowboys and Cowboy fans didn't consider the games a rivalry. Our rivals were the Giants, Redskins, Eagles and the 49ers.
Thanks for the read, Peter. I really appreciate it. I have decided to quit sports writing for good. I am a terrible writer. I am tried of Trolls bashing my work. So I have come to the conclusion that sports writing isn't for me. I really wanted to be a national sports columnist, but it isn't happening. As for you, keep up the good work. I really relish your craft and brillant writing.
Oh Peter, did you not know that Romo was a walk on? He is a hit or a miss type of QB. Just cannot depend on him in the final moments not to blow a win. I do not allow the kicker to ask Romo to hold the ball. Oh that video is still out there, so look it up, before you list Romo so high.
