About

Born in Natick, Mass and raised in various towns in central Massachusetts. An avid sports fan and athlete - competing at both high school and collegiate levels. Rabid Boston sports fan. Enjoying the current championship run of Boston sports teams (6 in 9 years) with a strong recollection of growing up with very few such positive memories (save the early 80's Celtics).

1993 West Point graduate and 14 years as an Army Officer. Served combat tours in Afghanistan 2002-03 and Iraq 2005-06 before leaving the Army to begin a second career as a Emergency Medicine Physician.
