Myles's Bio

I am 22 years of age, happily married and I recently moved to Raleigh North Carolina, from Illinois.

I became a father on November 15, 2008 and My son Geoffrey (pictured) is already supporting the Mighty Reds.

Despite growing up "across the pond" I have had a passion for Proper football since I can remember. I support Liverpool FC, unlike most of my American counterparts who only support Man United because that is the only team they have heard about.

I have gotten into countless drunken arguments about how baseball is a "pussy" game and how their athletes are nothing compared to proper football players. The same can be said about American football players in comparison to Rugby Players.

I am not a big MLS fan even though i do like the Chicago Fire and I have an old school mate who plays for the Colorado Rapids. It is much slower and less interesting then its European counterpart. Hopefully someday it will progress in such a way to be competitive with other football leagues.

I find most American sports extremely boring the only exception to this is March Madness, this is the only pure form of basketball left but I hardly ever watch it.

  10. Was the referee actually right in the Chelsea vs Barcelona match? Certainly, I don't think he had as bad a game as some people are making out! And what should be done about Drogba and Ballack's actions to the referee? What about this conspiracy theory? Do you beleive it?
