Hey...I can't stand Phil Caldwell. He writes "satire" like the crap you were responding to and he has other shills who berate the serious respondents, insult them, Oregon, Phil Knight, etc. He just happens to be a Husky guy who is pissed that they have a crap team with no end to their misery in sight. Read his bio and respond to him personally about the games he plays with people. It's just not right and I've complained to BR about him already. Bunch of Husky fu*ks...

I want your opinion on something. Are there no standards when it comes to stories posted on BR? I read an article recently that was, not only not true, but was simply a vehicle to get folks all riled up. Many of the comments appeared to be plants as the accounts were brand new or you could tell (by reading previous comments) that all these guys were fans of a specific team. Are there no limits to what can be written? To that point, I'm not shy when it comes to responding to that type of crap...

Your article on Newton and the Heisman is spot on. Don't pretend that integrity is a factor...make it simply the bet player, no matter what. Like everything else in this country, it's time to reduce our expectations in regard to college football. Pay the players, drop the phony morality and make it 100% about competition and money. Who are we fooling? This country is halfway into the toilet and there's no reason to stop the descent. I switched from MLB to AAA and I can switch from NCAA football to the high school game if I have to. Tune in tonight to see if Cam can keep his answers straight this time...he couldn't with Fowler...and these guys are role models for our children...
