Let me remind you guys that these are not all my personal opinions. Players have sounded off and want things to be known with out their names being attached. If players openly talked about gave their opinions they would get cut..

    Raider 007

Jarrod, I have guestion if you will be so kind to answer it. I frequent a Raider blog website. There is a big debate as to whether longest tenured Raider player on our roster, Shane Lechler, is a Raider team leader. Some folks say punters can NEVER Be team leaders, they are only punters. I believe teams can and do have more than one leader and punterrs can most certainly be team leaders in the NFL. I'm curious, What is your honest assessment based on your real life NFL exerience? Especially since you've been in this same locker room. On another note, weren't you on the plane when terdell Sands clocked Lechler? Are you at liberty to tell us what actually happened, since it was so long ago? Who was right or wrong when that assault took place? Thank you, Jim

Jarrod, its Friday! I've been waiting to see your promised article on my Raiders. Wondering which way your story will go and what the consensus is among the players (besides Lechler). Personally, I see this is a bad move. Cable stood up to the man, had the balls to call his own shots, AND most importantly he was the first coach since Gruden to get the players, ALL 53 of them, to play a full 60 minutes on game day. I think Al Davis wants another puppet in Hue Jackson, a coach Al can tell what to do, and get no resistance. Cable haters don't understand what a wrong move this was, in my opinion. I really want to know what all the players honestly think, and cannot wait for your honest, in-depth, real life behind the scenes article. Please post it now! Thanks Mr. Cooper,
