About

My name is Patrick and I am a graduate of Catholic University in DC. I love to write and read about sports and hope to one day have a career in sports communications (public/media relations, sports radio, or sports journalism).

While at Catholic, I was the co-host of a sports radio show called, "Sports Talk with Justin and Pat" on Saturdays from 5-7.

My co-host, Justin, and I interviewed:

Jim Morris (The former big league pitcher who inspired the movie, "The Rookie")

John Flaherty (Former big league catcher and current YES Network analyst)

Scott Brosius (3x World Series winner with the Yankees and 98 WS MVP)

Gene Wojciechowski (Noted ESPN.com writer, author, and contributor on SportsCenter, ESPNNEWS, ESPN Radio, and Around the Horn)

Adam Rubin (Former NY Daily News Mets beat writer and current ESPNNewYork.com writer)

Steve Kolbe (Washington Capitals radio play-by-play voice)

Byron Westbrook (Washington Redskin and Brian Westbrook's brother)

Dave Elfin (Washington Times beat writer for the Washington Redskins and a voter for the Pro Football Hall of Fame)

Frank Isola (NY Daily News beat writer for the Knicks)

Dan Wetzel (Noted Yahoo Sports columnist and NY Times best-selling author)

Ben Nicholson-Smith (mlbtraderumors.com representative)

Steve Politti (Newark Star Ledger beat writer for the Giants)

Paul Domowitch (Philadelphia Daily News beat writer for the Philadelphia Eagles and a voter for the Pro Football Hall of Fame)

Charles Chandler (Charlotte Observer beat writer for the Carolina Panthers and a voter for the Pro Football Hall of Fame)

Howard Richards (Former offensive linemen for the Seahawks and Cowboys)

Edwin Pope (Miami Herald Sports Columnist, Pro Football Hall of Fame voter, and only one of four men to have covered every Super Bowl)

Norman Chad (WSOP announcer and columnist)

I hope to become a better writer through reading and writing articles here. Feel free to send me a message!
