January 2006... Seattle Seahawks defeat the Carolina Panthers to take the NFC title en route to their first - of many - Super Bowl berths. Tied with the 1995 ALCS Game 5 when Edgar laced a double into the Kingdome's left field corner to score Junior from first and take the series from the yanks.

Most Memorable Game Attended

Mariners @ Angels in 2000... Seattle wins the final game of the regular season to take the Wild Card spot allowing them to advance to the first round of the playoffs and sweep the #1 seed White Sox.

Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Wilt Chamerlain's single season scoring average of 50.4 ppg, Gretzky's all-time scoring, Henderson's stolen base total, DiMaggio's hit streak... to name a few.

I respect soccer (el futbol) but I could really care less. The United States will never be an elite World Cup team because all of our best athletes are busy playing sports that come with big paychecks.

Pete... because I don't really have an opinion but I hear Sampras has a knack for winning a little thing called a Grand Slam title.
