Hi there, just thought I'll drop you a message:
IMHO, your attitude that football should be played in only way is frankly disgusting. What makes it even worse is that you seem to be a sensible Madridista. There's more than one way of playing football, and if every team played attacking football, then football would be dominated by 3-4 teams because they are the only ones who can attract the top,top attackers like Cristiano, Messi and Suarez. What puts teams like Atleti and Chelsea into the top 10 teams is their defensive prowess. So, thats it, football can be just as good as to watch if a team plays defensively, provided they do it well. Cheers mate.

I saw your comment on the club world article, spoken like a true fan. That Iceman guy has been spending the last month trolling on the Dortmund page anyway

i haven't quit BR, i just dont comment as much as i used to. Back when this site was good. Now a good majority of the articles are filled with banned goal.com trolls and i dont bother engaging them in any kind of football discussions. Because nothing they say makes sense and everything turns into a ronaldo v messi debate which is just annoying.

Here we go! Are you ready?? lol, I'm pumped but also a little worried as I know Atleti can win this. I've told my other friends and stuff that I still really can't believe were actually here, feels surreal a little, it's only kicking in now that we are about 90 minutes away from kickoff : O

Today is the day where we as Madridistas will celebrate like no tomorrow or be moping around for a good month looking for excuses to try and make ourselves feel better lol. I think and hope Madrid pull it off, respect to Atletico but this our trophy. It needs to come home : )

Talk to y'all later, Vamos Real! HALA MADRID!

Yesterday really sucked but forget about it, things can change even though the title situation looks really bleak for us, stay calm and let's see what happens over the next few weeks.

Keep supporting and believing in that badge right above my post ; )

I'm still so happy/pumped/excited about us reaching Lisbon! 12 years people lol, now just 90 minutes away from lifting that damn cup :D

.....However the only downside after the game was my mind kept going to the fact that our commander in the middle Xabi Alonso will miss the final : ( due to that stupid yellow, it was soft but he can only have himself to blame really. He didn't even need to make that slide tackle but still chose to commit late.

So, Illara? Isco? or Casemiro? I'm guessing logically it will be the man who is considered to be his replacement and Carlo will go with Illara. I'd love to see Isco as well given a shot but a midfield 3 of Isco - Modric - Di Maria might be a little to soft and offensive minded. Then there is the young diamond in the rough that is Casemiro (who I feel is so underrated) and deserves a chance. However a Champions League final might be a bit too big for him in Carlo's mind at this point, it's true that the young Brazilian lacks experience but the confidence and ability and he is a proper D-mid/B2B.

So to be honest I'm not sure who will be our midfield 3, saying now we are facing Atleti, I expect us to line up in the 4-3-3 again. I think we can all agree the BBC/BRB will lead the front line, Iker in net, our back line will be a discussion for another day but who starts in midfield in Lisbon Madridista?

P.S.- Again, at this point I suspect who will/should start but I'm not sure lol...
