About

Born in Houston, raised in Eugene, Oregon, received a college degree in Maryland, spent some time in Austin, Texas, and now live in Washington DC.

Growing up in Eugene meant two things: 1) There aren't any pro teams anywhere close by, so I have no real rooting interests in the NFL beyond hoping that players from college that I liked do well there (and feeling bad for the ones that turn out badly, poor Joey Harrington). 2) I love the Oregon Ducks, thick and thin. I do think the uniforms look pretty goofy though. I miss the old jerseys from the mid 90's.

Haven't been writing any articles yet, for which I feel bad. Planning to change that, someday, but for now I'm biding my time until I feel like I have something worthwhile to contribute as an article.

Also, I am a bit of a crank at times, for which I am sorry.
