Durant is not the anti-lebron! Derrick Rose is!! U always see durant showboating on occasion... yelling after a dunk, doing his shoulder shimmy at the free throw line, and certain other things I don't want to go on about. And Derrick Rose is the savior of this sport, and the hope for the future of this sport, if it wasn't for him the nba would be going down the drain right now. I am a real basketball enthusiast, and I know if it wasn't for Rose I wouldn't give a crap about the association right now. Nobody was saying this about Durant when he came into the league or even in the past two years, now that the real savior has arrived, in Rose, the media wants to give somebody else the credit for everything he does for this sport. And one particular reason why is because Rose doesn't have that alpha-male personality right now that has spoiled the fans for so long, especially mainstream, he's too humble of a human being, that's why he is the anti-lebron or whatever u media puppets call it. And we real basketball enthusiasts know who the real savior of this sport is... and that's Derrick Rose!

Peterson, are you stupid or something?! Did you not see the blue vs. white exhibition? Derrick Rose should of been the MVP. He might of not scored the most points, but the player who scores the most points isn't always the best player (if you understood basketball you would know that). Rose scored when it mattered and had the best overall stat line. Durant turned the ball over too many times. Rose garnered the most ohhhs & ahhhs, had the most spectacular plays, scored at the most crucial moments (e.g. offensive rebound w/ the buzzer beater at the end of the half), and showed almost the entire repertoire (dunks, fast breaks, drives, floaters, even threes! U name it, it was showcased by Rose). Rose may not have the personality of lebron james, but theres no denying his transcendent God-like skill. So stop with the kevin durant hype. You just hate the greatness that is Derrick Rose!

Can u please explain how wall was a better point guard prospect than Rose coming out of college, because you make no sense? Rose took Memphis to the National Championships, and was a hair short from winning it all. And look up there college stats too, you'll feel even more stupid! LOL

How is john wall the best PG prospect since iverson!?!? Do you know what PG went no.1 after iverson and eventually won ROY!?... Derrick Rose! So stop it with the john wall hype!! He is nowhere near the skill level of Derrick Rose!! Rose was Rookie of the Year, carried a very weak bulls team to the playoffs in his first two years, dunk on dragic, dunk in ATL, cross on miller, all-star in just his 2nd year, 4th highest selling nba jersey in just his second year, and already being considered for MVP going into his 3rd year! So how could u even put wall up against Rose when wall is clearly overshadowed by Roses' transcendent talents!? Oh yea, I forgot, that is what you and the media hype is for.
