Hey what do you think about Chelsea transfer moves. I reckon Hazard and Hulk means we will have to strengthen even more than originally. pretty ridiculous they way chelsea and city spend hope financial fair play has some effect.

Another fantastic article. I was starting to think you dropped off the face of the planet. I appreciate your desire to write more analytical and intellectual articles than the "Wenger Must..." tripe on B/R, but at the same time you need to make sure that your fans are drowning in that BS while we await your next piece :)

Hi TJ.. I have just had the pleasure of reading your Implications on Arsenal with ourselves winning the Champions League article. I have to say, one of the most impressive bit of writing and I feel sorry for you facing the wrath of your fellow supporters. You are of course 100% correct and if Arsenal need to be more successful you need to look at why things haven't been going right the last few seasons... not just say, we are the best and that is how it will always be.. As Liverpool have found nothing lasts... For my sake I hope Wenger doesn't have your thoughts and continues on his current path...

Great job sir...I hope you are on twitter.. I like to follow 'football' people who know about the game and talk sense, no matter the colour of their jersey! Please add me if you can winstone78.

    Carefree.

I will be looking forward to your articles at the start of next season, though I hope you write a season review (although due to the depth of your work, you might want to make it a 3 part series :)

Hi, If you have a moment I wanted to put in a request for a future article. I always enjoy the deliberate analysis your articles provide and I was hoping you could write an article on the fitness issues Arsenal has been experiencing lately. I know that when Wenger first started he brought with him some new ideas in fitness, but lately it seems like we are experiencing more than our fair share of muscle and tendon injuries. Maybe take a look at some injury statistics and see if Arsenal is an anomaly, and if so try and identify why / what could be fixed. Maybe it just bad luck, injury prone players, or other teams have better fitness programs.

Anyway, if you have time to look into this it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

What's Ramsey's excuse this time? Not for the miss (the deflection was the problem there) but for giving up running after the Norwich player. Vermaelen I think fell over, which isn't great, but giving up the chase? Pathetic.

Thank you for the explanation about Kanu. I don't mind being wrong, I just like it when people explain why I'm wrong to me. You obviously have a wealth of knowledge that because of my age I haven't come across.

In my opinion, all disagreements stem from a misunderstanding of the other's argument or a disagreement in premises. Obviously I wasn't aware of the power of Ajax at the time, nor Kanu's heart condition at Inter, ergo my misunderstanding of your inexplicit premises.

Also, we obviously differ slightly to what we call someone in the first-XI. I reserve that title for people who - if all players were fit and available, would likely make the first (I understand of course that will vary based on opposition, but most teams have a core group of players that, if fit, will play).

I continue to be an avid reader of your articles, and I do hope you enlighten me of my oversights whenever you see one. I just think your blatant explanation of the concept of team depth was done in a patronising manner.

Also, what is your opinion on the left back situation? Do you think we should bring in Baines? Or are Santos and Gibbs sufficient?

You're welcome, I.J. And Song, I think, would give a great new look to the Cesc role.
