I am a sports fan born and bred in Montgomery, AL. I was raised an Auburn football fan (as opposed to the Alabama Crimson Tide). I became a fan of the Steelers after watching Rod Woodson and the rest of the early 90s Steelers teams crack heads around the league. I used to be an Atlanta Braves fan until Montgomery acquired a AA franchise (the Montgomery Biscuits) for the Tampa Bay Rays, so now I'm sold out for the Rays. I also enjoy watching MMA. Mostly UFC.

    Thank you so much for commenting on my "WWJD" article. I agree with you completely on the inappropriate language --I blame Dana White for setting the standards so low, but I have a 15 year old grandson and I hate thinking about the influence this has on him and all of his friends. Dana really needs to clean it up starting with himself.
