Jordan's Bio

Hey everyone, my name is Jordan as you probably already know, and im just a guy who loves his hockey, and many other sports as well. I am 16 years old and hail from Winnipeg MB, the place best known for our ex nhl team, the Jets. Hopefully one day they will be back!! Yes we will still always beleive that is possible

I plan to go into something sports related, like sports journalism, or get into the buisness of sports. So this is why i immediatly fell in love with this site!

My favorite sports team out of any sport is the Toronto Maple Leafs, and my favorite player of all time is Curtis Joseph, so i will do my best to present you with the latest news on both of them, as well as any other random breaking news that comes up, or if I just get something in my head that would be a good piece to write about!

Along with all my different articles, I have created my own series of Top Ten lists which have been a fun read for the community of the Bleacher Report. I plan to continue with this series for awhile, as long as the people are having fun reading and responding to it. Hey even when you get comments disagreeing with you, well at least it got them talking about it!

    When you log on, it should say how many votes you've earned on your main page. As for what I can see, I can't see the votes you've earned, only the amount of articles of the day you've won.

    Like on my profile, you can't see that I've gotten 51 votes in total, but you can see the 2 articles of the day I've won.

    Hope that was helpful...

    Whenever you get a pick of the day vote, you should recieve an email from BR telling you. If not, you should set your profile options to recieve them so you can keep track of how many votes you have.

    And yes, please create that a.i.m screen name. Most members here have it and its a great way for us to keep updated with each other and even to discuss ideas...

    Hey Jordan,

    I've really enjoyed your articles. This latest countdown is certainly a good one. I was thinking of changing the headline on it to the effect of "Reds, Browns, and Alouettes Oh My! The 10 Wimpiest Team Names in Sports". I figured I'd run it by you before I changed anything. I think it would attract a few more reads from non-BR readers. Let me know what you think.

    Thanks for the add. I see you are a Joseph fan... I bet you yelped when you heard the news. Now reverse that feeling completely, and that's how I felt when I heard Bertuzzi was coming to Calgary. That said, he could do alright here, and Iginla was part of the reason for the move, so...

    I take it you read my Joseph duo of articles? I actually did the bulk of those when he came to calgary last year. As a Leafs fan, it was pretty neat; my friends and I had talked about CuJo coming to Calgary or back to Toronto the year before (when he was in Phoenix), so it's been a neat couple of years from that standpoint.
