Kostopoulos is a team guy, and he is great. he said himself today that he deserved the suspension for causing injuries.

I agree with you on the protection thing. they think they go in the rink like if they are invincible, thinking they can get head first in the traffic. as we always say, they gotta keep their heads up.

the NHL looks like it is trying to do something, but it does today, and it wont do tomorrow, and so on.

but the game is still awesome nonetheless!

btw, Tom Kostopoulos got suspended for three games. although I can assure u he is not a dirty player, it is a great decision from the league. he has been suspended for attempt to injure, and as judged on Van Rynn's injuries, the verdict sounds about right to me.
