Christina is an rising senior majoring in print journalism and sport administration, with a minor in psychology, at the University of Miami. She is part of B/R's Inaugural Writing Internship Class.

As an intern for Collegebaseballinsider.com, Christina covered the southeast region through Omaha. With the Atlantic Coast Conference's Road to Tampa Bay she became the campus correspondent for a Hurricane team that never made it that far. As a volunteer intern with the Miami Heat over the past two years she's found out why Dwyane Wade will not leave Miami (he hates cold winters).

When Christina's not busy working as editor in chief of The Miami Hurricane or calling UM baseball games for WVUM, she religiously follows her favorite TV shows that have yet to be canceled.

    Love to see you do a story defending the true native floridian sports fans. We are being bashed nationaly
    explainig how small the population of us there are left n and we are not band wagon jumpers. The true sellouts are Jack and Jill born elsewhere buying miami gear and leaving there true home town gear in the droor when things are good in here in Miami. These are the true sellouts that should be getting bashed. just wanted to feed your mind with a idea if you needed one. I know I love to read it
