    I did the research once on the Cash-In effect. The average time the person who succesfully cashed in holds the title is apprx. 2 months. I believe because with some exception the idea is that the CHARACTER got it not by having a planned deserved match instead they have a short cut. So, they are booked in a way as to be perhaps "lucky" to have it and not have the best "looking" title run.
