I spent 13 long years with Ladbrokes, learning all there is to know about the betting industry from the shop floor right the way up. After serving my time as a betting shop manager I got a job at HQ as a sound editor and broadcast assistant on Ladbrokes Live. I knuckled down and ended up as a senior producer on their betting radio service, working with several top names in sports broadcasting. I got a job with Bleacher Report UK Team Stream in October 2013 and have enjoyed the transition from sports radio into online content creation. I'm a musician, songwriter and amateur sports-betting writer, have ghost-written several cricket articles for Ladbrokes website on behalf of former England captain Alec Stewart. I also write a regular a film blog called The Filmdog.
