All you can do is hope it works out. The best part of all this, regardless of how ignorant Florentino Perez remains with actual football decisions (it's all business to him), is that Madrid has come a long way away from all the ugliness of the Mourinho era. The recent acquisitions are all about youth and offense and it should please many fans of the game.

Thanks for the words. I am not supportive of James transfers but since the kid is at the club already we can only hope he delivers. I wouldn't want ADM to leave. If thing doesn't work out with James( just like the incident with ISco last season), ADM must be there to replace. Isco is considered to be Modric's successor, at least in my opinion plus he seems to be happy to stay. And James could try the false9 role. Or we could try the rotational policy which has never worked in recent football history( who knows, Carlo might be able to pull it off). All I want is nothing, but Di Maria must stay lol. And james is nice kid( lol although he is older than me) as seen from presentation yesterday. So may be he will succeed.

Plus, what's gonna happen to Di Maria, arguably the most dangerous player for Madrid last season (and also for Argentina, that even though he was playing lousy, Messi still missed him vs Holland and Germany)? And whatever happens to Isco, the "next Iniesta", a truly talented player? I have to admit, I'm kinda liking what I'm seeing. Florentino is messing up with chemistry. Ancelotti has some tough lineup decisions coming up.

I swear, these people can't leave each other alone. We had the Neymar vs. Bale last year (which you guys won, and I still don't see anything especial with Neymar) and now Suarez vs. James, just because. Just because Florentino Perez can't ever allow Barcelona to steal the spotlight. History repeats itself? It started like this for Madrid after winning the Champions in '02. On the other hand, the clasicos could be real fun, all offense no defense. While we still pray for a centreback, you guys now have to figure out how to play CR7, Benzema, Bale, James, and Kroos all together.

It's crazy, blown out of proportion. NOBODY expected James to play that well in the WC because he hadn't shown it yet. I wouldn't buy him, certainly not at that prize, and certainly when you have Di Maria, and the BBC frontline. Where the hell would James even play? It'd weaken Real defensively, especially with Toni Kroos now in the picture. Hey, not that I'd complain, to be honest. We need some breaks to go our way this season, since apparently we are still not getting that damn centerback.

James would be a terrible buy imo. Not because he's a bad player but the issues it would cause at your club would be ridiculous. Like seriously Perez needs to realise that obly 11 players can be on the pitch at one time. It's like the don't realise the difference between squad depth and overcrowding.
Anyways I really dissapointed for Di Maria when I watch La Liga and Real Madrid matches in particular he was one I looked out for because I knew he could do something special everytime he got. I would love him to go to United but he's seems hell bent on PSG so farewell I guess.

Hey man, why is Real selling Di Maria. For me he's better than Kroos and offers much more in terms of General play. While his passing is great if he's not just on the edge of the box he usually hits a diaginal long ball which is not Madrid new style. He's not quick, not skillful and simply put a man-marker would destroy his game. I feel that if the Madrid team from last year hasd another year together they would have gone down as one of the bests in history. Playing Kroos as a n10 will result in a lot more responsibilty falling on Bale and Ronaldo to produce rather than just finish of chances, AND as Kroos is rather limited he will be shut down quite easily by opposition DMs. Laslty what happens to Isco, he was named as Spain's future and Madrid spent so much on him. To be honest I see as a totally pointless transfer.
