Also, I'm not sure where you came up with the comment that without Reus, Germany would not suffer. That is definitely false. Reus is Germany's starting left attacking midfielder and Germany are most definitely not as good without him.

Also, how can you say Reus has not had as much impact at the club level? Reus is the main reason that Gladbach went from near relegation all the way to a Champions League berth 2 seasons ago which is why he was voted German footballer of the year.

And he scored 26 goals that season with 18 assists and last season for Dortmund he had 23 goals with 19 assists and was one of the best players in the whole Champions League.

Did you see Reus's important away goals against Manchester City and the screamer he scored against Real Madrid AT the Bernebaue?

The only reason Neymar shined so brightly at Santos was because there is not nearly as much quality players in the Brazil league which means it's easier for a great player like Neymar to stand out. He was a big fish in a small pond there.

If Reus or Gotze went and played for Santos, they too would be the best player on the team there easily.

Also, since Neymar has gotten to Barcelona, he has not at all been as important to Barcelona as Reus has been for Dortmund.

Neymar has no goals for Barca yet besides the one goal in the Super Cup. Reus on the other hand has 4 goals already and something like 3 or 4 assists. He was the man of the match against Hamburg at the weekend and the Associated Press football rankings had Reus as #4 in the world last week. Neymar wasn't even on the list.

Also, we must keep in mind that Gotze has been injured and has barely even played yet this season with Bayern. We need to wait and see what he can do. I do know this though.. Gotze led Dortmund to the Champions League Final last season with the most assists in the tournament and was the best playmaker in the tournament at only 20 years old. Getting to a Champions League Final is MUCH harder to do than winning the Confed Cup.

Most people don't know this, but last season Gotze actually had even better goals and assists stats than Leo Messi did in 2007 when Messi was 20 years old like Gotze. So what that means is that Gotze is on the right path in his development to possibly become the best player in the world in a few years.

Maybe Neymar will become the best. We just don't know. That is why I'm saying people should not even claim that Neymar is even a top 10 player in the world yet. He is not.

Players like Ribery, Ozil, RVP, Ibra, Falcao, Cavani, Suarez, Muller, Reus, Rooney, Xavi, Iniesta and quite a few others are all better than Neymar for now. Maybe when Neymar gets more experience he can pass them, but he's not there yet.

Neymar hasn't even scored a single goal in league play yet this season. Compare that with Dortmund's 2 new signings who cost MUCH less than Neymar. Aubumeyang has 5 goals already and Mkhitryan has 4 goals.

Check this out.. Marco Reus is incredible. Do not judge him by the Napoli game, he is absolutely a top 5 player when he's on form. He's not as flashy as neymar, but he's a better overall player in terms of scoring goals, game intelligence, speed etc.

Dude, you are judging Reus based only on the Napoli game. Go watch the highlights from Dortmund's win against Hamburg. Reus has won plenty of recognition and several people like Johan Cruyff and others have said they believe Reus is one of the top 5 players in the world. You cannot judge him by the Napoli game at all. Reus won german footballer of the year 2 seasons ago, has been voted FIFA World Player of the month twice and has more goals this season than Neymar does.

I never said Neymar was not a great player. He is a very good player. But he is not AS good as people make him out to be. For instance, some crazy people try to claim Neymar is the 3rd best player in the world already which is simply crazy. If he was from Honduras instead of Brazil, people WOULD NEVER claim that Neymar is a top 3 player in the world.

The way I see it Neymar, Gotze, Reus, Hazard etc are all about on the same level.
