Lawrence's Bio
Hey everybody. I'm currently living in Birmingham, Alabama, but moved here from a Cleveland a little bit ago.
I believe that Cleveland is the most tortured sports city in the country, and heartbreak and "wait 'til next year" are popular things all year in Cleveland. Art Modell, John Elway, The Drive, The Fumble, Red Right 88, The Blown Save, Jordan over Ehlo all have a place in Cleveland fans "what-if" category. What if Jordan had missed the shot over Ehlo, what if Earnest Byner hadn't fumbled, what if Art Modell hadn't moved the Browns.
I like both college and pro sports, but being from a blue-collar city like Cleveland, football is number 1. On Saturday, I'm watching my Buckeyes, and on Sunday I go right from church to watch my Brownies.

Most Memorable Game Attended
Indians-Mariners, August 5th, 2001- Indians are down 14-2 in the 7th inning. Tribe scores 3 in the 7th to make it 14-5. Then they score 4 in the 8th to make it 14-9. Then in the 9th, they get 5 (the last 3 on Omar Vizquel's bases loaded triple), and then win it in the 11th inning. This came using mostly benchwarmers against the best bullpen in baseball that year. Nobody believed me when I told them the next morning.

It's hard to keep up with everything going on with the Buckeyes, but I've done my best to wrap it up. Check it out!
