    I saw your note on Zander's profile...I have the same problem, but only in Firefox. I discovered the reason is having Flash 10 installed, so that could be it. Beyond that, Zander might have a better answer for you, but I know Adobe screwed up Flash 10 as far as how it operates with opening browse windows.
