Performance Nutrition—Goal Setting 101

Chris Flickinger, proprietor of CUTTING EDGE PERFORMANCE NUTRITION, is currently working with professional mixed martial arts fighters, amateur and collegiate level athletes, professional strength trainers, as well as numerous fat loss and health conscious individuals.
In explaining his rising success, Chris admits that "the results we are seeing are exceptional and although I would like to take credit, I can't. I just provide the direction; the hard work is done by the athletes and the people involved."
