I'm a published freelance writer in various newspapers from 2003-present and have been been writing professionally and freelance for many years. Sports is really a "life and not a livelihood" for me, and I've followed sports across the Midwest, South and Rocky Mountains. I'm now fortunate to live in what I call the "cradle of basketball" so I'd have to call that my main focus. When I'm not writing or talking sports, I'm always up for a thoughtful discussion of music or politics.
