  1. You've invested time to write, you've posted your ideas on the web. Be wary of people re-hashing your own ideas, like in this case, where someone ripped off an original article on Bleacher Report.

  2. My Green Bay Packers Mt. Rushmore. Look forward to your comments...

    Thanks,

  3. Make sure you check out my first weekly installment of the Packers positional analysis...

  4. Check out my Favre vs. Montana!

  5. Hey PackSmack - Jeff here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.

I've been spending time on our Packers page and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.

Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?

If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at jeff@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.

    Thanks so much,

    Jeff

  6. Yeah, I write on blogspot (for the Sharks), too: http://battleofthepacific.blogspot.com/
Gotta tell you, I love many of your things on your site, but while I agree Thompson has looked bad (I shamelessly recommend you read some of my older PAcker posts), that decision is looking less offensive all the time. If Rodgers keeps playing this well, it is more important we got a chance to play him so we don't lose him, and by next year he'll be better than a 40-yr old Brett. In which case we get a third round pick for a guy we were better off getting rid of.

  7. I write for The Frozen Tundra on mvn.com, too--check it out and let me know where else I can see your stuff.

  8. Hey, I was hoping to see a recap on that awesome game from you.
My cousin has season tickets to the Niners, and I'm gonna try to see if I can get them for the 12/7 game against the Jets. If my wife doesn't want to go, I'll let you know...

  9. Cool. I also can see how you misread the cues--when I said I was waiting for someone to do it, it wasn't desire but trepidation. Sorry I sent off the wrong signals.

  10. Hey, I still have you in my lineup--I can separate our disagreement from your writing, and I hope you continue to do the latter. Also, you had mentioned wanting to see my response, and I was hoping to hear back from you after posting it. If you don't wanna keep them going, that's cool by me.

  11. Okay, I see that response was deleted--I was going to do that for you. But you call that level of name calling and the branding of me as immature "in good fun?" That's a weird sense of fun, dude.

Also, I did not bait you: I really wanted someone with the perspective of a Packer fan who was neither a Hillary or Obama supporter. I did not elicit derision for my core values, and I don't think any of what I said in response was judgmental, it was meant to point out how that kind of talk drives people away from the Word. I am sorry you took it the way you did.

  12. Let me know what you think of my Fan/Fanatic article--waiting for an opinion from the other side of the spectrum.

  13. But don't you know, the sky is Green and Gold! LOL!

  14. And I have Sunday Ticket in case you don't! Of course, I TiVo a lot of games because church runs past kick-off...
