Hey Clashmore, I admire your passion for Notre Dame football and the way you defend your program. As a Michigan State graduate and fan, I will always appreciate and support Notre Dame football for scheduling us as an annual competitor beginning in 1948. More than any other team in the nation, Notre Dame paved the way for Michigan State to enter big time college football and gain an invitation to join the Big Ten Conference. Sadly, as history fades, that fact is lost on most MSU football fans. I root against Notre Dame one game each year, when they play the Spartans. Otherwise, GO IRISH!
