BW, next time you watch game film of Oakland pay attention to Jason Campbell pre-snap. He always leans backwards right before the snap and it allows the defense to jump the snap. The exception to this is when he is in the shotgun…for obvious reasons.
He is exceptional in play action as his ball control (good hands) really masks the location of the ball during fake hand-offs. He also pitches and shovel passes very well when he needs to.
However, the pre-snap lean is very consistent. I’ve seen kids in Pop-Warner football do this, but by high school the habit is usually gone.
Maybe somebody should tell Paul Hackett.

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen it so pronounced, before except at the youth football level. Maybe somebody should tell Paul Hackett.
