About

I have been a college professor for many years in Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Delaware, and Alabama teaching statistics. I have lived in many states five of which are in the SEC. Most of my life was spent in Pennsylvania but when it comes to college football the SEC is my favorite conference and I love all the teams in the SEC but comment more on those that are doing well.

I have also been involved in many business adventures in Pennsylvania, California, Russia and the Philippines where I now live. I have been involved in real estate, construction, resorts, computer chains etc. I Have had 3 wives and 13 children and pay a lot of child support. College football, running and fitness are my favorite activities. I spend far too much time researching college football which my present wife finds ridiculous and expensive. She is probably right but we all have our addictions--better college football than drugs, alcohol or golf.I think. My wife says I am an asshole, rude, impulsive and stupid. I told her I am not stupid.

Thanks so much for the kind words, Russell. I'll be here covering CFB all season — hope to see you following along!

Bama and their FRIENDS at the SEC OFFICE are a disgrace.
The SEC Office should be moved out of the state of Alabama until it gets cleaned out. It's disgusting that the scheduling farce is allowed to continue.
The SEC schedule for this year has not come out yet. Why? Because the gump alumni and their friends still have to determine what will be the best match-ups for themselves next year.
    Disgraceful.
Move the SEC office as far away from Alabama. Perhaps put it in South Carolina.
