Billy's Bio
Hey everyone! I joined Bleacher Report to write about Formula One in particular. F1 is definately my favourite sport. I also like GP2, Moto GP, football, cricket and tennis. I'm going to start writing about GP2 pretty soon but I'll leave it to the experts to write about the rest!
I follow the McLaren Mercedes F1 team, Lewis Hamilton in particular. I support Arsenal FC and would like to see Bruno Senna win the 2008 GP2.
Valentino Rossi is my favourite Moto GP championship contender, but James Toseland is my favourite rider.
I've only recently started to follow cricket, since Peiterson became captain. And in Tennis, I like to see Andy Murray do well!
I am still only at school but I am very keen on going into sports journalism so I thought that Bleacher Report might be good experience. I'm enjoying it so far, the amount of variety on here is great!
Feel free to leave comments and tips on my articles and profile, they are much appreciated.

BTW Billy: I'd love to start a GP2 section on B/R. Would you be interested in leading the charge on this one? I see from you're profile that you're interested in the sport...
Thanks,
Z

Hey Billy,
Under the new writer rankings system, anytime you go 7 or more days without writing an F1 article you will fall off the top writers list.
That said, as soon as you write one again you'll claim your rightful place on the list at day's end. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to find yourself back in the thick of the Rankings tom, given your GP article you wrote today.
Let me know if you have further questions. Keep up the great work!

It is that time of month again, the Chequered Flag Roundtable is making its long awaited return, and because you are a top writer, we would like your opinion on the following topic.
“What is your all-time favourite circuit and why?”
A few conditions to this, the answer must be 200-750 words, and the circuit you nominate must have been on the Formula One calendar for more than one season.
The circuit with the most votes will be named as the greatest circuit of all-time, well, from Bleacher Report at least.
Send you answer to mikegriffin_911@btinternet.com
Answers MUST be included in your email and NOT attached as a word document.
Thank you for your contribution to the F1 Community, keep up the good work!
Please send in your answer by Monday 18th August.

Hey Billy,
Sure, that's a great idea. Would you want to be the Community Leader of for GP2?
It's a fairly labor-intensive responsiblity, but let me know if you're up for the challenge and we can get started.
Thanks Billy,
Z

Billy,
Please edit the articles and provide links to the other articles in the Series. That will be helpful for a guest who is accessing this site or someone who gets to the link to your article from a google search.
Thanks,
Sarah

Billy, i left some comment on your article but you didn't noticed. You said that Niki Lauda was the only Austrian who won the champioship. That is not true. Jochen Rindt, world champion 1970 (Lotus Ford), who was killed that same year in Monza was also Austrian. Also you didn't mentioned all 6 Ralf Schumacher wins in period of 2000-2004, and that counts too.

Hi Billy. Thanks for comment, and yes, i do travel on every Formula 1 race, but i'm in motosport my whole life, so i don't think it's a big problem for me to travel around. The most exciting and most personal race was probably Interlagos (on Portugese Interlagos means Between two lakes, cause circuit is located like that, and Rubens Barrichello is from that part of Sao Paulo), probably cause Kimi Räikkönen took the title, that was incredable feeling and amazing atmosphere. Also Suzuka 1998 and 1999 when Mika Häkkinen took his titles, but it was different at that time. But the most amazing is Rally, that is something really personal.
