Yeah like I expected he didn't give anything away in terms of transfers, all he said was his trying to bring in players and his happy at the progress of the deals or something similar still not confident though.
The VAT was rumored to be around 6-8 million, but his by-out clause was pretty complicated but we still took way to long thanks again United officials.
Hoping for a miracle this summer window United fans haven't had anything to get excited about so far.
hahaha would be awesome just to see the Liverpool fans reactions.
Back when we were talking about the possibility of signing both Strootman and Thiago :/ seems so long ago now. Also during Moyes's press conference a reporter asked him about Thiago and are we interested " I never said we were interested" is what Moyes said it's practically a done deal his off to Bayern now. Apparently the deal stalled because we refused to pay the VAT.
We haven't even kicked a football in the Moyes era but it's already off to a bad start unfortunately.
Would still love to see Modric at United but again there's no chance. Yep it's most likely Alonso since he only has a year left on his contract and isn't signing an extension from what I've heard.
That's all I can see brought in as well to be honest. Looks like another season of with the same midfielders, we have to hope our wingers find form and Rooney keeps fit.
A long term injury to Carrick in pre-season and our campaign will implode before it's even started :/ At the moment our team isn't in the best shape.
Yeah just saw that earlier, quite a lot of money. Even they are stacked in midfield Alonso, Modric, Khedira, Casemiro and now illarramendi for just two positions. Surely one will be sold.
Yeah it's not looking good, Moyes was saying his still looking to bring players in but other than Baines I have no clue who else it would be, highly unlikely any of them are central midfielders or players of real quality.
Yep it's looking like that... no chance of us winning the league let alone challenging for the CL. Every team in the league and Europe's top clubs have strengthened significantly but not us. Who would have thought our summer can't get any worst -.-
Geez more bad news Rooney suffered a hamstring injury during training in pre-season and is being flown home. This summer is turning in to a disaster.
haha no problem man.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich own the transfer market whenever they want a player they will most likely get them. Yeah I still want Baines but it's not enough by any means. Ferguson had so many opportunities to strengthen that area over the years but just never would. It's been since 2007 since we last signed an established central midfielder.
That doesn't sound good, I'm not sure what Moyes transfer plans are now but it's going to take something big to cheer the fans up because if that's what Old Trafford is like I have no clue what's in store for next season.
