Hey deven,
I need an outside opinion on my article because the jets fans are calling everyone biased and being obnoxious.

Sorry for the lengthy post. For the comment on the article, it was not because I dislike the 49ers, even though I do.
Didn't want to type it all, so I just copy/pasted the comment
Zach Randolph posted 6 days ago:
Calling Berry a steal is like calling Calvin Johnson a steal because Russell was drafted one spot ahead of him.
Let me re-state what I said, but up the ante a bit. No top 5 pick is a steal, nor is a top 10, I wouldn't even consider a top 15 to be a steal since it's usually based on need to at least the top 10/15.
I would define a steal as a person who was skipped, not based on need, but by choice multiple times in a draft, at least the 2nd round, let's take a look:
1: Rams: Sam Bradford, QB - This was a NEED pick, they didn't need Eric Berry, they have Atogwe.
2: Lions: Ndamukong Suh, DT - I would consider this a NEED pick because the Lions needed a big man inside to pressure the QB
3: Bucs: Gerald McCoy, DT - See Lions
4: Redskins: Trent Williams, OT - The Redskins got someone to protect their QB's blind side, definite NEED pick here.
5: Chiefs: Eric Berry, Safety - At this point, I believe Okung would have been better so that Bowe, Cassel, and Charles could reach their full potential, but, they needed Berry as well, I'll say he has talent but then again, so does JaMarcus Russell.
Nope, nobody drafted without need, Berry is not a steal.
But, he has more than enough talent to be an elite DB in the future, I'm not doubting that.
