I was born on July 22nd, 1991 and live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Sports is the number one thing in my life and hockey is number one, when the lockout happened I didn't know if I would survive. I like the Detroit Red Wings and if you're wondering, I am not a band wagoner so don't even mention it. I also love major league baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays, unfortunately I was way to young to remember the glory days back in the early 90's. Football is another sport I follow closely (both leagues, mainly CFL) and I watch every Saskatchewan Rough Rider/New Orleans Saints game that I possibly can. I am not a basketball fan but I know most of the star players and I do watch the play-offs. I have a big hate on for soccer.

I am currently going into grade 12 for the 2008-09 academic year and I have a part time job at WalMart (yuck!). I would love just to be a sports journalist/reporter/broadcaster when I grow up but most of you probably see I can't write well at all so I don't even know if I'm going to try. If I can't do that then I am pretty well screwed after graduation.

Seriously Adam,
Go ahead and take the Jays-Tag off, if it offends "you" this much. I thought there might be some Jay fans who didn't want to take all this BS sitting down - I guess not though.
Its not like anyone goes to the Jays site to read what the latest is anyhow - I write to make my articles more easily searched out on google - and that's all.
I usually don't care about where the article is placed on BR - but don't care for people tag stealing either. Tags help the article written become more easily found when using any search engine - that's all.

Good luck with all this, man - but use a thicker skin though. No one likes a meanie and everyone has their own mind - i know, frustrating huh?

People are generally tired of the issue - but the Daily Screws and ESPN still sell Clemens stories everyday. "Controversy" sells and it produces "clicks" that determine how much any online advertiser pays any particular page or site -

No Adam, the yankees and the jays were both tagged - before you removed all tags excpet 2 - editorial and mlb. Just so you know, that peiece has a comment section - there were 41 comments before you stole the tags away...41 comments within 12 hours is pretty good - IT IS GOOD FOR THE SITE - - its not about you - your feelings - or what you care about..obviously.

If you cant be loyal to 2 time CY Young Winner then I will for you.
Jays MRIs, Jays injury report, Jays Chiropracter, Jays Orthopedic Surgeon (if there are any up there), Jays team doctor, 3 Jays Trainers, the Jays Ace are all invloved, my friend. Do you want me to add them all into the article so that you can just stop your game here?

Why was Luis Perez busted with 10lb of pot coming from a Toronto Blue Jays series?
Do you really want me to call out "your" team? I was trying to be polite by not naming "your team" so much in my article - thinking that "your fans" would already know - I guess I was wrong.

Thanks for making my article your "Pick of the Day". With the Wings in the off-season, there isn't much to write about. And I wouldn't have written that article if I didn't agree with having baseball on Canada Day—we're talking about building excitement about the sport? Well there's really no better way than combining the two...

No offense dude, but it seems pretty obvious you're more offended that I disagreed with your article and the accuracy of it, than I did with the fact you even wrote such an article.

I could care less what you write. I know this is set up to give a voice to the fans and allow them to write about their opinions and crap in a place that will get looked at. But if you think that what you write is never going to get analyzed, nor do you even want it to be analyzed, you have no business writing anything in the first place.

You chose to throw your opinions out there, I chose to disagree and question your logic, you get upset, and then say I'M offended? Well, you are just 16.

Hey Adam, you can add the CFL to your lineup along with NHL, MBL, Detroit Red Wings, and Toronto Blue Jays and you can get to it through that "more" part.

Hey Adam,

It's good to hear that the Schenn's are fairly level-headed. I know for a fact that here in London, we've been exposed to a few of the Knights through highschool interaction and I must say I was disappointed—Cory Perry was an absolute ego maniac and a few of the other players were very full of themselves. It's great to hear this kid has the right head on his shoulders!
