I am just an ordinary Manchester United fan. My father was a Manchester United fan and my son is also a Manchester United fan. All over the world there are millions of people like me, ordinary fans who just love the magic and legend that is Manchester United.

When I was 7 years old, I saw George Best score the first goal in extra time against Benfica in the 1968 European Cup Final. There was no electricity in our house and a small black & white TV connected to the battery of my father's car brought the first flickering pictures of the great Manchester United into our lives.
