Jake's Bio
I'm 18 I'm a gigantic Bears fan. I found Bleacher Report through an ad on facebook and it really made me interested in writing and talking bears stuff with bears fans.
I created my own site Bearsbacker.com in June of 2008. and it has really started to get more viewers. I love what I do. I'm going to the University of Tampa to study Sports Management this fall.
I am a Chicago Bears Community Leader.
My favorite teams are the Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks, and Florida Everblades of the ECHL. I am a die hard fan of the Chicago Bears.
I write about the NFL, the NBA, the NHL, MLB, my favorite teams and other relevant topics or anything that sounds interesting.
I have met many NBA players in my lifetime. I have met Chris Mullin, Mitch Richmond, Coach K, Rod Higgins, B.J. Armstrong and Byron Russell ( the player on the Utah Jazz who MJ scored against in the NBA finals). I have met two NHL players. I have met Chad Larose of the Carolina Hurricanes and Shane Hnidy of the Boston Bruins. I have met Brandon Phillips and Josh Hamilton when they were playing together on the Cincinnati Reds. Also, I met Johan Santana of the NY Mets

Hey Jake,
Way back in April, I wrote an article that made a case to why trading for Jay Cutler was a bad move. You disagreed.
Now five months later, I admit I was wrong... So here is my apology to Jay.

I would appreciate any feedback if you get the chance.

Wrote a article as we're approaching the quarterpole of the NFL (more so if you count preseason).
Which players surprised even the best of analysts?

New York has been owned by Derek Jeter for quite some time. Is Mark Sanchez taking this town over though?

Robert Griffin is a sophomore quarterback at Baylor. He should how remarkable he was in his freshman season and is truly a stud. He is only 19 and has a lot to learn. People should keep an eye on him, especially the NFL:

Hope you can check it out. Comments would greatly be appreciated as I'd love to hear your feedback on my work! Also, feel free to send your articles to me (don't PM though.).

What up everyone? I wrote an article about the changes here on B/R over the last couple of months, and about some of the things that we used to have, that we don't anymore. If you could, check it out.

As I have said in the past, many times, I am not on here for AOTD votes, but I believe that if enough of you give me your AOTD vote, then maybe the higher ups will bring back some of the things that are gone.
Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate it.
