Joe's Bio
Joe is a recent graduate of THE Michigan State University and has developed an unhealthy obsession with soccer over the years.
As one of the MLS community leaders along with Thomas Leemon, he hopes to give the league a wider exposure through his writing. He is also always looking for new MLS writers to help the community grow.
His sporting interests encompass more than just the Beautiful Game though. At any given time you can find him watching baseball, basketball, American football and hockey, or trying to understand cricket.
When not writing, he finds time to cheer for Arsenal, Shrewsbury Town, Fulham, Glasgow Rangers, the Chicago Fire, the US National Team, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Detroit Tigers and of course his beloved Michigan State Spartans.
Please post any questions/comments/concerns/delightful quips/death threats on his bulletin board and he will respond in due time.

Hey Joe, I left a PM letting you know I was interested in the MLS collaboration.
Part 3 (the official GC prediction) of my Gold Cup Series is up. I would defintely appreciate it if you gave it a read and left your thoughts:

Thanks for the fan add, Joe! I'm glad you like my stuff. I'm looking to post some more MLS/Gold Cup/Team USA articles during the Euro offseason.
And, obviously, I'm going to bash every transfer not involving Manchester United. I hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the PotD vote, Joe!

How did the interview go?
"The Yard" is very "church-like" to me...of course, I felt the same about Memorial Stadium too.
If you make the jump, maybe we could take in the Super Bowl of LAX at M&T Stadium across the street. Once you see big time Lacrosse you'll never see field sport the same.

Hey Joe, sorry I took so long to respond.
I am going to write a Maracanazo article, but I think I may post it on the anniversary of the game, which is July 16th.

Thanks. Great for the sport. USA played very well.
I would not have felt bad if Brazil lost.
Truly was wonderful to watch the US take the initiative
and play the counter attack so precisely.
Super final.

What a day to make my debut in the press box as the Dodgers were abused by Felix Hernandez and the Mariners. The good, bad and ugly are here for you:

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/207870-a-day-at-the-snail-races-the-curious-case-of-world-champion-heikki
as you can see, it's clearly not gonna get a massive amount of reads, so if you could read it i would appreciate it greatly.
cheers,
