I was formerly a featured columnist for Bleacher Report, Gack Sports & Sports Haze on MMA and the NBA, however I have taken a break from writing for a couple of years.

A lifelong boxing fan who grew up in the "golden era". I have also followed MMA since the beginning and remember the chaos of the early days in the UFC. I have trained in Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA.

I am also a massive basketball fan. I have played competively in Australia and in high school in New York.

My other sporting interests include Chess, Tennis, Australian Football, Rugby League/Union, Poker and Moto GP.
