Ty'mon's Bio

Community Leader of High School Basketball for The Bleacher Report.

I'm that kat that will fly across the country to go see one athlete play one game just to say I was a witness to something great! I currently write for Washingtonpreps.com as well as Rivalshigh.com (both websites of Rivals.com). I've found my passion for Grassroots Basketball rarely is matched. I am currently attending the University of Phoenix, and should have my Associate of Arts Degree in Sports management in a year.

  1. I am planning on hitting up City of Palms, Beachball Classic, Hoophall Classic, Primetime Shootout, Kobe Bryant Scholastic Play by Play, and some others. I want to try and make it to the West Coast for a event this year but it depends if I have the funds. I would like to try and hit up the Nike event @ Mater Dei in Feb. Im telling if you hit up any event on the East Coast this season City of Palms is the one to hit up it's LOADED this year.

  2. Ty'mon hey man we met at RBK All-American camp this July. Here is my email premohoopsrecruiting@gmail.com. What events you planning on hitting up this upcoming season?

  3. Oh and before I forget, I've got a lot of love for the Sixers. I've spent some time in Philly as well, I had a friend that lived on Race street. I've also had the tough decision of where to go ... Pat's king of steaks or Geno's so I went to both. I've aslo dropped my $6.50 on the counter for a cheese steak sandwich at John's Roast Pork.

One of my boys from college took me to Steve's prince of steaks and Campo's deli and he also took me to Sopra Lounge at Positano Coast in Old City where I enjoyed the view and the sites, the level of talent was high.

In closing what have you heard about two kids on their way to playing college ball SF Lamar Patterson a 6'5" SF from St.Benedict prep in Newark, N.J. and a 6'4" SF Paris Bennett also from Newark, N.J.?
