About

My name is Matt Messett and I plan to keep it short and to the point. I came to this site to express my thoughts on sports because being a sportswriter has always been a closet-pipedream of mine. I plan to write as much as possible and will do my damnedest to give opinions that will provoke thought. I like to take a simple approach because that is what sports is in reality, a simple straightforward experience. However I will try to get in-depth when necessary. I love basketball, golf, baseball, football and am a diehard when it comes to fantasy sports, especially football. I guess I will end the bio here as I don't want to give away too much before i even start an article. Hope to enjoy some good writing and provide good writing of my own.

Always,
Mess

    Hey Matt,

Welcome to Bleacher Report. It is great to see new writers join the site—especially when they show interest in Chicago sports. I really enjoyed your article on the Bulls options for their 39th pick. I made some minor edits to the article. So take a look and let me know if you have any question or comments.

I look forward to reading more of your articles in the future.
