Zack covers prep and junior college sports for the San Francisco Examiner and Patch.com and, despite his age, brings a wealth of experience.

The Saint Mary's College graduate has been actively writing in sports since high school. He has covered a variety of sports including baseball, lacrosse, soccer, football and volleyball. He also writes for Bleacher Report, where he was a Featured Columnist for the San Francisco Giants during the 2010 season.

His favorite sports to watch are baseball and basketball. Being a Bay Area native, he takes great pride his community.

I follow my favorite teams, the Giants and Warriors, like few others. The Bay Area sports landscpae has been in disarray to quite a while but it finally seems to be settling down, especially on the San Francisco side of the Bay.

I follow the NBA, Major League Baseball, and D-1 college basketball very closely.

Arguably the most emotional All Star Game of all time as we celebrated a legend in Ted Williams who would not be with us much longer.
