John Vukovic commented on 10 Prospects Most Vital to Detroit's Future Success:
Great list. Jarnkrok is a much better player and prospect than Pulkkinen is however. Hopefully Schultz will be another prospect vital to the Wings future (2012-13?)...

My name is Isaac Smith, born in Chicago, raised in Michigan. I'm an all-around Detroit sports fan, but my favorite sport is hockey and for that reason I write mostly about the Detroit Red Wings. A close second to hockey is my love of Michigan Wolverines football, so I occasionally write about the Michigan Wolverines.
Removing the "homer goggles" before writing is crucial in writing educated, well-rounded pieces. It also allows me to avoid sounding biased in my writing.
I'm always up for a good sports debate, especially if it is to do with the NHL or College football.
In the Fall of 2012 I will be a fourth-year student at Carleton University, in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm studying law with a minor in business.
I try to post all of my articles via my twitter: @isaacesmith91.

The 1993 Canadiens came the closest to sweeping all 16 games with a record of 16-4
in the NHL playoffs current format.
Sure thing! Any time. It'll be interesting to see if Ryan Suter head to Detroit or where he ends up!
Ha thanks. I saw that picture years agoe and was recently reminded of it and knew i had to make it my profile pic. Any picture with a naked messier, a bottle of red stripe, and gary coleman is good shit in my book
No problem Isaac!
Yeah I agree, if he could get a little bit more muscle in his legs, he could contend for the fastest in the league, but for as small as he is, he is a hell of a player. Now I'm not positive, but he's only a 2nd year player right? Oh and we thought these refs would be better in Detroit, this game might be fair if the wings weren't constantly in the box............. I have never seen this many penalties by Detroit in a 3 game span, not that I can remember anyways.
