Isaac Smith is a Featured Columnist for the Detroit Red Wings.
Born in Chicago, but raised in Michigan, Isaac Smith's love of Detroit sports is prominent in his writing. With his favorite sport being hockey, Isaac is obviously a huge Detroit Red Wings fan and writer. A close second to his love for hockey is Michigan Wolverines football.
Isaac strives to be objective in his writing. He believes that objectivity is a key to writing great, bias-free, well-rounded pieces. The lack of bias allows more readers to take Isaac at face value in his writing.
Objectivity in sports writing only goes so far. For that reason Isaac never shies away from a good sports debate, especially if the subject is NHL or College football.
Isaac represented Bleacher Report at the 2012 NHL All-Star Game in Ottawa, Ontario.
Isaac is a fourth-year student at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario and hopes to graduate in the summer of 2013 with a B.A. in legal studies.

You're welcome, Isaac! I am always glad to help.

My my, is that not the best game Abdelkader played ever?
Now would be the perfect time to use him as trade bait.
