Hey Kevin—Max Tcheyan here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.
I've been spending time on our Cubs page and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.
Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?
If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at mtcheyan@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.
Thanks so much,
Max
If you would like, I can give you writer privileges on the blog, all I would need is your e-mail and that way you don't need to add stuff through me, you can put up posts if something is breaking news and you don't need to worry about me being at work or somewhere where I can't access the blog to add it. Let me know.
Maybe one original article for my blog a week would be nice but other than that, I don't want to make you devote a good amount of time, mostly I would be reposting your B/R articles to my site. But if you could get 1 original article a week and send it to bears1bulls@aim.com, I would be appreciative.
Hey Kevin, I am working on a Chicago Cubs blog and I like how you have been covering Cubs games. I was wondering if you would like to contribute to my blog, mostly just posting your B.R articles over to my blog as well. Would that be okay with you?
Hi Kevin. Can I get your personal e-mail adress so I can send you a Cubs questionnaire I'm workign on? I will capture Cubs writers responses and send it out. Thanks and keep up the good work! Bob
Kevin, keep up the good work. I'd like to see more of your thoughts in a longer article occasionally. I think you have more to say. But in the meantime if your articles are short and to the point and you can help out by commenting on other Cubs articles, that would be fine. Keep the good stuff coming!
Hi Kevin. As community leader for the Cubs page, let me first of all say that I've noticed your work on BR, and like your Cubs articles. Keep up the solid effort Kevin.
I am engaging some of my best writers on some ideas of how we can make this community even better. What I'd like to do is a couple things. 1) develop an idea for a group article. For example, I was thinking we could do a 'who wins each MLB division, wild card, playoff series & world series? Perhaps we could have one writer each take a division they want to work on. Would I have your support?
Also, I've got the go-ahead to start up a contest with the winner receiving one of those cool BR shirts. I'd be interested in your ideas on a possible Cubs-related contest.
Finally, I'll be searching the site each day for articles that don't belong on the Cubs site (ones that are tagged inappropriately). Your help in pointing these out to me is appreciated. I'd also like to know your e-mail address if you don't mind. Keep up the great work! If you know of any other Cubs fans who want to join BR, please recruit them here! Thanks!
