Was Brian Bruney right? Is K-Rod's postgame celebration too much?

Get in on the debate.

Its time to finally come clean, Im not a Yankee fan, I only play one on TV and in reality Im a Die Hard Mets fan who is very frustrated with everything surrounding this franchise right now. Then again, its ok cause they're BATTLING every night, right? Wrong and below is my article on the reasons why. Thanks in advance.

Hey Vinny,

There was a touching moment in the Mariners game last night, made possible by the best pitcher I've ever gotten to watch - Randy Johnson. Watching history unfold inspired to me take a look at his incredible career and count down his five best moments, in my eyes. If you get a chance, take a look at it, I'd appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Hey Vinny Del,

Ryan Zimmerman’s hit streak halted at 30 games last night. As one streak ends, another is admired. Read about how Joe DiMaggio forever redefined ’56,’ and how his feat may never be broken. It is a record that thankfully cannot be broken through steroid use, and represents all that was once right in a game that has since gone so wrong.

Hey Vinny,

Lou Gehrig has somehow been forgotten amongst the game’s immortals, even though he was possibly even more of a reason for the success of Ruth’s 1927 Yankees. Read about the quiet, forgotten leader of “Murderer’s Row,” Henry Lou Gehrig.

Hey Vinny,

SI’s Selena Roberts has chosen to haunt A-Rod, and do anything in her power to achieve money, success, and fame. Is she really so different than A-Rod after all? Read why I said “NO.” I would love to hear your comments and feedback.

Hey Vinny Del,

The Alex Rodriguez steroid/hip saga is almost coming to a close, and I wanted to tell the story of A-Rod’s tumultuous offseason through the eyes of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, or in this case “April.” Both A-Rod and the Grinch are slightly misunderstood and have taken a bevy of negative criticism.

Let me know what you think of the article and my rhyming skills. Thanks in advance!

Hey Vinny Del Negro,

Jackie Robinson meant as much to America and it’s pastime than almost any other player in the game. Find out why he would be smiling proudly if he had watched the Yankees-Rays game yesterday. I would love you hear your thoughts, and hope to hear from you soon.
