USC/Notre Dame: Best Rivalry In College Football
October 14, 2009
Grew up in SoCal, Degree in Finance from Cal State Northride but have been a lifelong fan of the USC Trojans even during the 90's(shudder). Moved to NW Montana, living out in the woods since 2000. I live and breath Trojans.
Thanks Mark for the Like on my Ohio State article. It is much appreciated.
I would love to get your comments on “NCAA and Amateurism Are a Joke; How to Fix the College Football Mess” at: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/741984-ncaa-and-amateurism-are-a-joke-how-to-fix-the-college-football-mess
I hope you find that this article finally pulls together the problems with the NCAA and practical solutions that will help the athletes and colleges.
Thanks, Bill

Hi Mark - thanks for your Like on my Lane Kiffin Tennessee article. I miss your great comments. Hope you are doing well.
Bill
Hope you are OK because I have missed your comments.
You may be interested in this article about the Ohio State compliance department fallacy: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/725496-ohio-state-football-buckeye-compliance-fallacy-and-ncaa-enforcement-role
It has some comparisons to USC but it is currently located on the OSU site. I would be interested in your comments if you have time.
Thanks, Bill
Hi Mark.
I just published “USC Football Recruiting: Lane Kiffin 2012 Scholarship Math and Greatest Needs” at http://bleacherreport.com/articles/696984-usc-football-recruiting-lane-kiffin-2012-scholarship-math-and-greatest-needs
It includes a realistic estimate of the number of 2012 new scholarships, identifies the positions of greatest need and the best candidates to fill those positions.
I haven’t heard from you in a while and would love to get your comments. Hope you are doing well.
Thanks, Bill
I was asked by B/R to interview UW's Victor Aiyewa and do a story about his NFL dream. I found him to be very interesting. You can checkout the story at: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/629490-2011-nfl-draft-washington-huskies-victor-aiyewa-is-versatile-and-smart
Thanks, Bill
Hi Mark, yeah, I talked to my buddy about Armstead. The scoop right now is that he is having a battery of tests done for an undetermined condition. If I hear more, I will be sure to let you know.
Hey, I didn't know your degree was from CSUN. Thats where I got my MA...
Hi Mark. Thanks for becoming a fan. As you know, I always appreciate your comments and they are one of the reasons that I keep writing.
Bill
Hi Mark. Sorry about this j bobby person. I don't buy his story that he created a new account because he forgot his password after reading B/R articles for 2.5 years. I would have jumped in early to stop the dueling insults, but I was at the hospital all day in Colorado with my new granddaughter who was born a month early. I value your comments about the real issues in the article to have you waste time with someone who just wanted to spew his own hate-filled agenda. I have been fortunate for the most part to get good comments from people. I try to ignore those that try to destroy any meaningful dialogue, or report them like Robert Means and now j bobby. Hope you understand. B/R requires respect and civility and unfortunately there are some people who don't know what that means in order to make their points.
Thanks, Bill
