Jerry is the secretary for all coaches in the sports world. Any time there's an issue that needs to be addressed with a coach you must take it up with him. He'll discuss the topic with you and he'll let the coach know how you feel. Good, bad, indifferent, it doesn't matter he'll report the issue.
