Kentucky Wildcats to Pundits: How Do You Like Us Now?
March 23, 2010
Born in the valley, and raised in the trees, of Western Kentucky, on wobbly knees...oh wait, that's not me, that's the colt in "Run For the Roses". I was born in a crossfire hurricane...no, no, that's "Jumpin Jack Flash".
Pretty sure I was born in Lexington, KY way back in the 60's, but as I was very young at the time, I have to count on others' recollection of the event. I attended various schools in the Commonwealth, and am told that I was quite the matriculator, though I have let up considerably since my twenties.
I have a wife, a mortgage, a dog and a cat, and hair suddenly sprouting where hair was once unknown. I am unique among most Kentuckians, in that I have never watched a NASCAR event in it's entirety, and prefer Scotch to Bourbon.
I love Kentucky basketball more than anything outside my family (in fact, there are some within my family that had better WATCH IT), Pittsburgh Steelers (AFC) and New York Giants (NFC) football, and the Tampa Bay Rays in baseball. Why the Rays? Because I admire their work ethic, and I absolutely hate the Yankees and the Red Sox, so I need a team I can root for against them.

Y.E. Yang is only three shots off the lead. I think we got takeout from him last night.

@danjenkinsgd - Actually Dan, it was me, the Captain's wife, that served you. You know better than to write this crap. Or maybe you don't...
