About

Born, raised, and still living in Metro Detroit, I was exposed to Detroit sports teams from an early age by my dad and practically learned to read by instinctly grabbing the Detroit Free Press sports section.

I have a BA in Communications (Michigan State University); MBA (Wayne State University).

I consider golf and sports writing as two of my most enjoyable hobbies. I'm a Featured Columnist here at B/R for the NFL/NFL Draft. Before joining B/R in early 2010 I was a correspondent for the now defunct, "The Love of Sports", website. My articles have been featured in;

-CBSsports.com
-Freep.com (Detroit Free Press)
-Sports Illustrated (SI.com)
-Houston Chronicle (chron.com)
-Miami Herald
-HuffingtonPost.com
-FantasyFootball.com

For the B/R I'm a Featured Columnist of various topics and the NFL Draft. Besides sports-writing I also write for a manufacturing magazine and my "day job" is running a Sales, Marketing & P.R. company I started in July, 2009. (www.lintrio.com)

I spent 10-11 Sundays every year since I was two or three until I was about 20 in the Pontiac Silverdome with my dad which include the majority of my early sports memories; from the Darryl Rogers to Bobby Ross/Gary Moeller era; Barry Sanders magic but especially the '97 season; Mike Utley's "thumbs up"; LB Reggie Brown being literally brought back to life on the middle of the field; the terrible artificial turf ruining Ki-Jana Carter's career before it really started; numerous fights between Lions fans and Cheesheads and Bears fans; nobody within 20 yards of Sterling Sharpe!; a new QB seemingly every year (Hipple, Gagliano, Peete, Ware, Majikowski, Krieg, Mitchell, Long, Batch, Reich and I'm sure a few more.
