I'm a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). My focus is on improving the mental (and, therefore, overall) performance of elite athletes. I've had unique success with NBA, NCAA, WTA, LPGA, Olympic, and U.S. National team fencing. My goal is to show sports fans, as well as the elite athletes they follow, how to use simple mental techniques in order to excel in their lives. I assisted Tony Robbins at his major events through most of the '90s.
Before learning NLP, I identified the real physical problems that cause poor free throw shooting and developed solutions that have worked from high school through the NBA. I initially learned NLP to fill in a gap in my free throw program. Who knew?
