About

I have loved sports ever since I, as an 8 year old, watched UNLV beat the crap out of Duke in the 1990 NCAA basketball national championship game. The next year I learned what being a sports fan was like when they lost in the Final Four to Duke.

My passion is watching and writing about the NFL draft. I think it is mostly because the 49ers have been so bad recently that the draft is the one time of the year that I have a lot of hope.

You wish this were David Carr...because then you could give him some expert advice about being a professional quarterback in the NFL. Then he could give you some advice about being a mediocre sportswriter who thinks his opinion trumps facts. But Daves never been a sportswriter...have you ever been an NFL quarterback? Have you ever felt the pressure of being a franchise quarterback for an expansion team with no O-line? Have you ever been a #1 pick and have your face on the cover of SI twice? Do you have a Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award? Have you ever been a Heisman Trophy nominee? There's a reason Carr is still around and that the Joey Harringtons of the 02' draft class are not. DAVE HAS TALENT. Your just too blind to look past Houston and a "few" practice snaps

You know your a Carr fan...Come on, admit it. Your know Alex sucks. Give Carr a little support buddy...You know he'd win in a fist fight so lets be honest. Quit dwelling on the past. Every seasons a new beginning. Quit hugging stats from Houston...NO ONE could have helped them back then...
