A lifelong Flames fan, I even stayed up to watch all the Flames playoff games in 2004 when they made the run to the Cup....I say "stayed up" because I was in Scotland and they games were all on five network in the UK. The Flames won the Cup in 1989 and I consider it a graduation present. They won while my grad class was celebrating. That was a nice touch. Its tough not to respect and appreciate the ONLY visiting team to hoist the Stanley Cup at Le Forum De Montreal.

2006 - Lethbridge Hurricanes game (dec 14 I think...) was the record setting Teddy Bear toss for charity...which was broken a couple of nights later in Calgary
